NeoStylo-Re (이하 “본 앱”)은 사용자의 개인정보를 중요시하며, 개인정보 보호법 등 관련 법령을 준수하고 있습니다.

본 앱은 어떠한 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다.
- 사용자가 입력하는 텍스트 내용을 수집, 저장, 전송하지 않습니다

- 연락처, 사진 등 기기 내 정보에 접근하지 않습니다
- 자동 수집 정보
본 앱은 서비스 안정성 향상을 위해 사용자 동의 하에 최소한의 익명 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다:
(1) 앱 충돌 및 오류 정보 (Crashlytics)
- 수집 목적: 앱 충돌 원인 분석 및 버그 수정
- 수집 항목: 기기 정보(OS 버전, 기기 모델), 앱 버전, 충돌 발생 시점 및 로그
- 수집 방식: Firebase Crashlytics를 통한 자동 수집
- 개인 식별 가능성: 수집되는 모든 정보는 익명화되어 개인을 식별할 수 없습니다
(2) 사용자 동의 및 선택권
- 본 정보 수집은 사용자의 명시적 동의 후에만 활성화됩니다
- 앱 설정에서 언제든지 수집 동의를 변경할 수 있습니다
- 동의를 철회하면 즉시 정보 수집이 중단됩니다
- 동의하지 않아도 앱의 모든 기능을 정상적으로 사용할 수 있습니다

개인정보의 보유 및 이용기간
수집된 충돌 정보는 Firebase Crashlytics 정책에 따라 90일간 보관 후 자동 삭제됩니다.
- 제3자 제공
본 앱은 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보를 수집하지 않으며, 수집된 익명 정보는 다음의 경우에만 제3자와 공유됩니다:
- Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC): 앱 충돌 분석 및 안정성 개선 목적
- 제공되는 정보는 모두 익명화되어 개인 식별이 불가능합니다
- 데이터 보안
- 사용자가 입력한 모든 텍스트는 기기 내에서만 처리되며, 외부로 전송되지 않습니다
- 수집되는 충돌 정보는 암호화된 통신을 통해 안전하게 전송됩니다

본 앱은 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보를 수집하지 않으므로, 법정대리인의 동의 없이도 모든 연령대가 안전하게 사용할 수 있습니다.

The App does NOT collect any personal information.
- Does NOT collect, store, or transmit any text content that users type
- Does NOT require user account information
- Does NOT collect location information
- Does NOT access contacts, photos, or other device data
- Automatically Collected Information
The App may collect minimal anonymous information with user consent for service stability improvement:
(1) App Crash and Error Information (Crashlytics)
- Collection Purpose: Analyzing app crashes and fixing bugs
- Collected Items: Device information (OS version, device model), app version, crash timestamps and logs
- Collection Method: Automatic collection via Firebase Crashlytics
- Personal Identification: All collected information is anonymized and cannot identify individuals
(2) User Consent and Choice
- Information collection is activated only after explicit user consent
- You can change your consent status anytime in app settings
- Information collection stops immediately upon consent withdrawal
- All app features work normally without providing consent

Data Retention Period
Collected crash information is automatically deleted after 90 days according to Firebase Crashlytics policy.
- Third-Party Disclosure
The App does not collect personally identifiable information. Anonymous information is shared with third parties only in the following cases:
